煤柴油氧化制取稠油掺水降粘乳化剂
THE PREPARATION OF OIL-IN WATER EMDLSIFIER BY OXIDATION OF KERESENE DIESEL OIL
【摘要】 用胜利油田和大庆油田的煤油、柴油为原料,在实验室里经氧化制得水包油型乳化剂。试验表明,这种乳化剂适用于高粘稠原油的掺水降粘。室内测试采用水油比30:70,掺量0.5~1.5%(对水重),可使粘度为8482.7×10-3Pa·s(50℃)的稠油降至0.1Pa·s(35℃)左右。这种乳化剂的原料丰富,价格低廉,工艺简便,有发展前途。
【Abstract】 An oil-in-water emulsifier has been prepared in laboratory. It is made from kerosene or diesel fraction of Shengli or Daqing crude oil by oxidation. This agent can be used to reduce the viscosity of heavy viscous crude oil in transportation. With ratio of water to oil being 30:70, the viscosity can be reduced from 8482.7×10-3Pa.s(50℃) to about 0.1 Pa.s(35℃) by use of an additive concentration of 0.5-1.0% (based on water). This agent may be a good emulsifier with abundant raw material, lower price and simple process.
