【摘要】 本文简单介绍了仿真器的发展、构成及特征。着重论述了所研制的催化裂化装置培训操作人员用的仿真器硬件、软件、数学模型及仿真操作实验。实验证明,本仿真器可以用来培训操作人员,并能表明操作条件改变引起各有关参数的变化情况。该仿真器提供与实际炼油厂控制室相似的操作环境,通过仪表盘的仪表进行各有关培训项目的操作训练。用仿真器培训操作人员是一种行之有效的技术培训方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper simulator and its special features are briefly introduced. A mathematical model, hardware, software and simulation test of the catalytic cracking training simulator are described. This simulator can offer the operation training in general condition and in processing emergency, and provide an operating environment similar to the real condition of the control room in refinery plant. The test results show that the operation training with the simulator is an economical, timesaving and effective method for training operators.更多还原
