双波长分光光度法同时测定微量金和银的研究
Study of Dual-Wavelength spectrophotometric Determination of Microamounts of Au(Ⅲ) and Ag(Ⅰ)
【摘要】 本文提出用硫代米氏酮(TMK)双波长分光光度法同时测定金和银的新方法。该法选择性。灵敏度及稳定性均较好,对Au(111)和Ag(1)的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为,同时在0—60.0μgAu/25ml和0—8.1μgAg/25ml范围内符合比耳定律。
【Abstract】 A new method for the dual-wevelength spectrophotometric determination of Au (Ⅲ) and Ag (Ⅰ) with Thio-Michler’s Ketone(TMK) has been developed. In the buffer solution of Na2HPO4-Hcit at PH3.2 and with the presence of Tween-60, a solube colored coordination compound can be formed.Based on this fact we simultaneously determined Au(Ⅲ)and Ag (Ⅰ) with dual-wavelength with the resalts of 509nm—484nm and495nm—585nm respectively.Beer’s law is abeyed within the range of 0.0—60.0μg au/25ml and 0.0—8.1μg Ag/25ml separately.the conditional molarabsorption coefficient is 5.74×104 and is 1.11×105
