Fuzzy聚类分析在蛋白质一级结构分类中的应用
APPLICATION OF FUZZY ASSEMBLE ANALYSIS IN CLASSI-FICATION OF PROTEIN PRIMARY STRUCTURE
【摘要】 本文报道了应用Fuzzy聚类分析方法,以计算机为工具,对从15种蝎毒中分离到的25种哺乳动物神经毒素的一级结构进行分类,结果表明:用这种方法对蛋白质一级结构不仅能将已知蛋白质按氨基酸顺序排列的同源性进行分类,建立出各组中相对标准序列,还可以统计出各组间相似性的百分数,组内相似性的百分数,而且分类速度快、精度高.用该法所得的分类结果与按蝎毒素与抗血清交叉免疫反应所得结果完全吻合.
【Abstract】 With computer as tool,the method of fuzzy assemble analysis was used to separate and classify the primary structures of 25 kinds of mammalian neuro-toxins which come from 15 kinds of scorpions in the world.The results show that the method can be not only to classify proteins or peptides according to the similarities of amino acid sequence and establish the standard sequence but also to count up the persentage of the similarities between groups and in groups. Meanwhile the method is also able to make classification rapidly with high resolution and precision.The result of fuzzy assemble analysis by computer completely agrees with the one which has got from immunological reactions between antitoxic serum and toxins.Obviously, the method can also be applied to classification of other proteins and peptides.
