小肠锌吸收动力学模型中锌吸收速率常数K21/K12比值与锌吸收率的关系探讨
STUDIES ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ZINC ABSORPTION MICROCONSTANT K21/K12 RATIO AND ABSORPTION RATE IN A ZINC ABSORPTION KINETIC MODEL OF RAT JEJUNUM
【摘要】 用二房室动力学模型研究了原位灌流的大鼠空肠锌吸收速率常数K21/K12比值与锌吸收率的关系,结果表明K21/K12比值与锌吸收率的相关系数不受动物状态及各种处理的影响,可用于探讨锌吸收机理.
【Abstract】 The relationship between zinc absorption microconstant K21/K12 ratio and zinc absorption rate has been studied by a two-compartmental model in perfused in situ rat jejunum. It is found that correlation coefficients between K21/K12 ratioes and zinc absorption rates in normal control group, vitamin D-deficfent group, supplement 5000 IU/kg vitamin D3 group and supplement of 30000 IU/kg vitamin D3 group, diabetes group and insulin-treatment group are 0.74-0.92. The result shows that the relationship between K21/K12 ratio and absorption rate is not influenced by various factors of animal and treatments, and the ratio can be used in the study of zinc absorption mechanism.
