【摘要】 川芎Ⅲ号碱是中药川芎中的一种生物碱。本文实验观察到:川芎Ⅲ号碱有降低鼠肝线粒体氧耗量,氧化磷酸化解偶联和减少ATP的生成作用。并发现:该化合物在低浓度(<10μmol/L)可阻断NAD~+链的电子传递,其作用点在NADH脱氢酶系统鱼籐酮敏感部位。此外,该化合物通过激活线粒体ATP酶水解活性,加速ATP的分解。作者对上述结果进行了简要的讨论。更多还原

【Abstract】 Alkaloid Ⅲ is one of the alkaloids isolated from Chinese medicinal drug Li-gusticum chuanxiong Hort. The experimental results indicated: this alkaloid can decrease oxygen uptake of rat liver mitochondria, uncouple the oxidative phos phorylation and reduce the ATP production. It can block the NAD-linked electron-transport chain at the rotenone sensitive site in NADH-dehydrogenase system. In addition, this alkaloid can also regulate mitochondrial ATP ase activity. The relationship between biochemical effects and chemical structure of this drug was briefly discussed.更多还原
