跟骨有限元计算和分析
Finite Element Model calculation and Mechanical Analysis for Calcaneum
【摘要】 位于人体足部的跟骨是负重的主要结构,跟骨骨折是足部常见骨折,多年来在跟骨骨折的治疗上一直存有争议,对跟骨的生物力学研究则更为少见。本文用有限元计算方法对人体跟骨进行应力分析,并用电测实验方法加以对照,所获取的力学参数直接显示了跟骨的受力区域,反映了跟骨骨折的力学原因。
【Abstract】 A three dimensional finite element model was made and experiment methods were used to modify the results of calculation in order to obtain a mechanical model of calca noum.It was observed that the compress stress was higher from posterior articular surface of calcaneum to lateral tubercle parts than the other parts in the calcaneum. The high stress parts were next to the weak physiological trigonometric region. when a violent vertical force acted on the calcaneum, the entire stressed model was changed and the calcaneum body would load larger shearing stress. It often causes the fracture of calcaneum body. Under vertical force and achilles tendon force, the transverse stress was about 0.6g/mm~2 in middle of calcaneum base.Because of the transverse stress, the transverse diameter of the part becomes wider than normal.In this study, approximate agreement between results of experiment and calculation was obtained. Results of this study indicated that the finite element model established by this method is of practical significance.
