马尾松毛虫毒素致病途径的初步探讨

【摘要】 本文报导用采自轻度马尾松毛虫病流行区的马尾松毛虫,取其毒毛胸段,捣碎制成无菌滤液,对小白鼠和家兔进行各种致病途径的研究.用0.1毫升滤液(约含一条松毛虫毒素量)分别给小白鼠作皮下、肌肉和腹腔注射,结果关节反应动物数依次为45.00%、26.32%和22.22%,并经病理学检查证实其病理反应与以往报导的经皮肤接触所致病变相同,表明注射途径同样可使实验动物发病.这将为进一步研究松毛虫病的致病机理和防治提供实验方法的依据.本实验还观察了用滤液灌胃和滴眼途径对小白鼠和家兔的致病作用,结果均未能引起实验动物发病,初步认为马尾松毛虫毒素经消化道和眼结合膜不产生致病作用.

【Abstract】 This paper reports a study of the various pathogenic pathways through which mice and rabbits were infected by an aseptic filter prepared from the crushed poisonous-haircovered chest section of the Dendrolimus collected from areas with less of the pests.The filtrate was injected in dosage of 0.1 ml (a toxic content close to the venom produced by one of these insects) subcutaneously, intramuscularly and intraabdominally, and the arthrosis response rates were found to be 45.00%, 26.32% and 22.22% respectively, with pathologic changes which pathologic examinations showed were identical to those on contact with skin.This shows that injection could likewise cause Dendrolimus disease in experimental animals, thus providing a basis for the experimental approach to its pathogenic mechanism and prevention. Studies were also made of perfusates and eye drops with this filtrate.Neither of these was found to have caused Dendrolimus disease in the experimental animals. Therefore, it is believed that Dendrolimus toxins, when in contact with the digestive tract or conjunctive of the eye, have no pathogenic effects.
