【Abstract】 The serum acidity was controlled by using H2SO4 so as to transform the Magnesium Valproate (MVP) into Valproic acid (VpA) which was extracted by chloroform (the optimum extract ratio1:1). Cyclohexane-carboxylic acid was used as the internal standard for quantitative analysis by Gas Chromatography(flame ionization detector). The lower limit of the determination was 1 ng and the linear range was 2-350ng. The accuracy of this method has been proved by parallel experiments and recovery experiments. By using this method, 664 serum samples from 584 healthy people and 80 patients who took the medicine have been determined and the results were found to be satisfactory.更多还原
