反相离子对色谱在乙烯砜型活性染料动力学研究中的应用
Application of Ion-Pair Reversed-Phase Liquid Chroma-tography to the Kinetic Study of Vinylsulfone-Type Reactive Dyes
【摘要】 本文对乙烯砜型染料的七个模拟物分离条件进行了研究,优选了离子对试剂的品种、用量及冲洗剂甲醇/水的组成。在甲醇/水(35/65—50/50) 中,加入0.01mol/L 四丁基碘化铵(TBAI),可以将4-(β-羟基-,4-(β-硫酸酯-,4-(β-磷酸酯-,4-[β-(N-甲基-β′-磺基乙胺基-,4-[β-(N,N-2乙胺基-和4-(β-(氯乙基砜基)苯胺以及4-乙烯砜基苯胺很好地分开。对KN型活性染料模拟物4-(β-硫酸酯乙基砜基)苯胺在90℃不同pH下水解反应动力学进行了研究。实验表明,不同条件下反应进行的程度差别较大。
【Abstract】 Seven model compounds containing substituted ethylsulfone group, such as chloro-,sulfato-, N-methyl-β-sulfoethylamino-and N,N-diethylamino-ethylsulfone groups have been investigated using the ion-pair RP-HPLC. The mobile phase and the ion-pair reagents were selected. The components could be separated satisfactorily on a C18 column with an eluent of 35/65-50/50 MeOH /H2O mixture containing 0.0lmol/L tetra-butylammonium iodide (TBAI) and the kinetic study of 4-(β-sulfatoethyl sulfonye) aniline for the elimination and hydrolysis reaction was carried out.
