臭氧法交联毛细管色谱柱的制备及应用

【摘要】 本文用臭氧作引发剂对SE-31、SE-54两种固定液进行了交联,得到的两种交联玻璃毛细管色谱柱柱效较高,热稳定性好,柱流失小,程序升温至320℃基线漂移小于5×10-12A。两种柱型对于分离一些高沸点混合物,如部分稠环芳烃、甲苯的一、二、三硝基取代物及几种结构相似的缩酮都得到了满意的结果。

【Abstract】 Apolar silicone stationary phases, SE-31 and SE-54, have been immobilized by an ozone-curing method on glass capillary columns. Both stationary phases could be cross-linked easily at room temperature. Eight glass capillary columns coated with SE-31 and SE-54 and cured with ozone weremade. Tests made with them showed that these capillary columns were of high quality and thermal stability.Separation of several complex mixtures, such as isomers of mono-, di- and trinitrotoluene and polycyclic aromatic compound isomers, were carried out by using these columns and satisfactory results were obtained.
