C11—C13和C16—C19工业脂肪叔胺的毛细管色谱分析

【摘要】 <正> 脂肪叔胺是精细化工的主要原料,用它可生产出多种阳离子型表面活性剂。目前,脂肪叔胺的分析,国内主要是采用化学定氮法,国外曾报道过用色谱分析的结果。我们采用甲基乙烯基硅橡胶交联毛细管柱,对C11—C13(C11叔胺系指N,N-二甲基十一胺,下同)、C16—C19二种系列脂肪叔胺,进行了色谱分离,采用色谱方法和色谱—质谱方法

【Abstract】 As important raw materials in fine chemical industry, fatty tertiary amines are alwayw used to produce many kind of cationic surfactants. In order to establish analytical methods of total components in fatty tertiary amine, the products were separated with a 32m5×0.25mm methylvinyl-silicone rubber cross-linked capillary column. Both GC and GC/MS were used for quantitative and qualitative analysis. Meanwhile, the response values of many components on FID were also taken into account. In this way the qualitative and quantitative results of more than 95 percent of the total components were obtained.
