【摘要】 本文采用Monsanto加工性测试仪（MPT）研究低发泡硬质PVC挤出工艺,得到的低发泡体,表面皮层光滑,具有闲孔结构且泡孔均匀细密,密度为0.733g/cm³。挤出的最佳工艺条件:190℃,8分钟,剪切速率100S^-1。MPT操作方便,数据可靠准确,可作为研究低发泡体挤出成型的一种模拟实验方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 The extrusion technology of rigid structural foamPVC is studied by Monsanto processing Tester（MPT）. The structural foam obtained is of closed-cell structure, and the skin is glossy, the cellularityis even and fine.
