聚氯乙烯—丙烯酸丁酯接枝共聚的研究
Studies on Graft Copolymerization of n-Butyl Acrylate onto PVC
【摘要】 本文研究了丙烯酸丁酯对聚氯乙烯的接枝共聚合反应,得出其动力学方程为:Rp=K[M]1.27[I]0.3880单体浓度与聚合温度对接枝效率的关系服从以下回归方程: G.E=68.956+10.417x-11.333y-6.583x2-5.333y2-2.475xy x=([M]-40)/(20) y=(T-80)/(10) 而引发剂浓度对接枝效率影响甚微。
【Abstract】 The grafting of n-Butyl Acrylate (BA) on suspension-grade PVC(swollen with the monomer) has been studied. The dynamic equation ofgraft copolymerization of BA onto PVC is obtained, and the influence ofthe reaction temperature and starting monomer concentration on the gr-afting efficience is described. The initiator concentration has no influenceon the grafting efficiency.
