克拉玛依原油的生物降解

【摘要】 克拉玛依原油具有许多不同于我国东部诸盆地原油的独特性质,其中最突出的是低蜡低凝点。研究认为,这主要是由于它们普遍遭受了不同程度的生物降解作用所造成的。在克拉玛依原油中,我们发现了一个相当完整的生物降解原油序列。通过研究对比,这个系列中各类生物标记化合物相对丰度的变化,说明了它们耐生物降解能力的不同和次序。反过来,从实用观点出发,把原油的生物降解作用分为六个级别。研究中,还做了两件工作:(1)在严重生物降解油中发现了一个完整的25-降藿烷系列,它是微生物降解藿烷系列的产物。(2)恢复了中度降解油的甾烷指纹曲线,并用其估算了生物构型甾烷被降解程度。

【Abstract】 Crude oils in Karamay field have many characteristics different from those in various basins in East China.The most outstanding properties are low wax content and low pour point that have been proved predominantly due to ub- iquitous biodegradation of these oils.A fairly integrate sequence of biodegr- aded oils has been discovered in this field through investigation.By compar- ison of the relative contents of various biomarkers in these biodegraded oils, the abilities and its differences of biodegradation-resisting abilities of these biomarker hydrocarbons have been revealed.For the sake of application,the biodegradations of oil are differentiated in to six grades.It is interesting to note that a fairly integrate series of 25-norhopanes as a type of biodegradat- ion products of the hopanes has been discovered in seriously biodegraded oils, and that the original finger-print curve of steranes in mild biodegraded oil has been recovered and is used to estimate the biodegradation degrees of the bioconfiguration steranes.
