【摘要】 本文用HRP逆行轴突追踪技术显示家兔正中神经及其各分支的躯体运动神经元。HRP标记细胞见于脊髓C₅—T₂节段前角外侧部,正中神经的臂支、前臂支和爪支的标记细胞在脊髓内分别位于C₅—C₇、C₆—T₂和C₇—T₂节段,各组标记细胞在脊髓灰质内呈明显的躯体定位排列。用图象分析仪对标记细胞分析测量,其平均值为:长径27.8±8.57微米,宽径20.0±6.40微米,面积449±260平方微米,周长为78.8±24.4微米,体积9967±8560立方微米,细胞的长、宽径比值1.41±0.29。更多还原

【Abstract】 The somatic motoneurons of the median nerve and their branches in the rabbit were displayed with retrograde axonal tracing method of horseradish peroxidase. The labelled ceils were found in the lateral part of the anterior horn of the spinal segements from C5 to T2. The labelled cells of the arm, forearm, and ungula branches were seen in C5-C7, C6-T2 and C7-T2, respectively. The cells of each group were located obviously somatotopically in the spinal grey. The labelled cells were measured by a numeric image analysis bevice Numelec Pericolor 2001 type. The averages of them were as following: the long diameter, 27.8±8.57μm; the width, 20.0±6.40; the perimeter, 78.8±24.40μm; the area, 449±260μm~2; the volume, 9967±8560μm~3.
