【摘要】 本文报告CA19-9、CEA、AFP、铁蛋白、β₂微球蛋白对66例消化道恶性肿瘤与24例非消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值比较,发现:CA19-9对胰腺癌的诊断率高于CEA;CA19-9与AFP联合测定可提高肝癌的诊断率,与CEA联合测定可提高结直肠癌的诊断率,但血清CA19-9浓度与肿瘤大小、伴或不伴转移之间的关系因病例数尚少,难以定论。更多还原

【Abstract】 The diagnostic value of CA 19-9 for gastrointestinal malignancies was compared to other tumor markers such as CEA, AFP, ferritin and β₂-microglobulin. CA 19-9 was found to have higher positive rate in pancreatic carcinoma than CEA. CA 19-9 combined with AFP gave higher diagnostic rate in hepatocellular carcinoma. When combined with CEA, it also increased the diagnostic rate in colorectal cancer.更多还原
