【摘要】 本文对放置形状和材料各异的五种宫内节育器的受试妇女,进行了放置前、后（1年之内）月经血量的比较研究。所得结果按IUD材料不同而分成三类:第一类为带铜IUD(V_Cu200型10例,T_Cu220型10例),放置后引起月经血量显著增加（P<0.05）;第二类为不锈钢IUD（环型10例,宫型10例）,放置后月经血量虽有增加,但不明显（P>0.05）;第三类为释放18甲基决诺酮的含药型IUD（Levonogestrel IUD 13例）,月经血量放置后较放置前呈大幅度的下降（P<0.01）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fifty-three IUD users were studied. Their amounts of menstrual flow in the periods one year before and one year after insertion of IUD were measured. The users of copper IUDs, including Vcu200 10 cases and Tcu220 10 cases, had significant increase in mens trual flow. Users of stainless steel IUDs, including loop type 10 cases and uterus shaped 10 cases, had slight but insignificant increase of flow. Thirteen levoriogestrel-releasing IUD users, however, had significant decrease in their menstrual flow.更多还原
