【Abstract】 Cytogenetic studies were conducted in 79 couples with a history of two or more consecutive spontaneous abortions. Abnormal karyotypes were detected in 7 cases, 4 reciprocal translocations and 3 Robertsonian translocations. This showed that chromosome translocation is the cause of repetitive abortion in 8.86％ of the 79 couples, so that cytogenetic studies should be a routine in patients with repetitive abortion.更多还原
