五种丹参素衍生物的合成
SYNTHESIS OF FIVE "DANSHENSU"(丹参素)DERIVATIVES
【摘要】 5个丹参素衍生物的制备是用苯甲醛或取代苯甲醛经四步反应合成β-苯基乳酸或β-取代苯基乳酸及它们的乙酯。用阿司匹林及合成丹参素进行对照试验,观察血小板解聚作用的强度,表明苯基乳酸和它的酯>合成丹参素。
【Abstract】 Synthesis of five"DANSHENSU"(丹参素)derivatives are described in this article. Production procedures involves benzaldchyde or substituted benzaldehyde converted to phenyl lactic acid or β-substituted phenyl lactic acid in four steps. Observations on platelet disaggregation effects showed that PLA and PEL (β-Phenyl lactic acici and Its ethyl ester) were more effective.
