【Abstract】 Synthesis of five"DANSHENSU"(丹参素)derivatives are described in this article. Production procedures involves benzaldchyde or substituted benzaldehyde converted to phenyl lactic acid or β-substituted phenyl lactic acid in four steps. Observations on platelet disaggregation effects showed that PLA and PEL (β-Phenyl lactic acici and Its ethyl ester) were more effective.更多还原
