dl—15甲基前列腺素F对离体豚鼠回肠肠肌神经丛—纵肌的兴奋作用

【摘要】 d1-15甲基前列腺素F2a(15-甲)10μg/ml对离体豚鼠回肠纵肌的兴奋作用,可被河豚毒素(TTX)3μmol/L、阿托品1μmol/L和去甲肾上腺素(NE)lμmol/L所减弱。15-甲有轻度对抗NE抑制电场刺激所致收缩的作用:而对高频刺激(10Hz,lmin)后的抑制效应无明显影响。提示15-甲对肠肌的兴奋作用,部分是通过激发肠肌神经丛的胆碱能神经机理,而对脑啡肽能神经功能无明显影响。

【Abstract】 dl-15-Methyl prostaglandin F3α (15-Me-PGF3α) 10μg/ml has an excitatory action on the myenterio plexus-longitudinal muscle strip (MPLM) of the guinea pig ileum. This action was reduced by atropine (10-8M), noradrenaline (10-cM) and tetrodotoxin (3X10-6M). 15-Me-PGF2α antagonized slightly the inhibitory action of noradrenaline on twitch response of the MPLM preparations to trangmural stimulation. But, it did not affect the inhibitory effect of transmurai high frequency (10 Hz) stimulation. It is suggested that the excitatory action of 15-Me-PGF2α on MPLM is partially mediated by a cholinergic neural mechanism in the myen-teric plexus.
