【Abstract】 In the search for new hepatobiliary imaging agents, eight analogues of N-substituted phenyloarbamoylmethyliminodiacetio aoids were synthesized and reported in this article.These compounds were produced by reacting nitrilotriaoetio acid with the corresponding substituted anilin in the presence of acetic anhydride and anhydrous pyridine.Preliminary animal screening results showed that compound 3 possessed higb hepatic specificity,with clear hepatobiliary imaging.
