N-(取代苯氨甲酰甲基)亚氨二乙酸类化合物的合成
SYNTHESIS OF N-SUBSTITUTED PHENYLCARBA-MOYLMETHYLIMINODIACETIC ACIDS
【摘要】 为寻找新的肝胆显像剂,我们合成了8个未见报道的N-(取代笨氨甲酰甲基)亚氨二乙酸类化合物。经初步动物试验发现其中有两个化合物分别在肝胆道、肾脏内浓度较高。
【Abstract】 In the search for new hepatobiliary imaging agents, eight analogues of N-substituted phenyloarbamoylmethyliminodiacetio aoids were synthesized and reported in this article.These compounds were produced by reacting nitrilotriaoetio acid with the corresponding substituted anilin in the presence of acetic anhydride and anhydrous pyridine.Preliminary animal screening results showed that compound 3 possessed higb hepatic specificity,with clear hepatobiliary imaging. Compound 4 was highlyconcen-trated in the kidney.
