国内加里福尼亚群病毒感染情况的血清学调查
A SEROLOGICAL STUDY ON CALIFORNIA SEROGROUP VIRUS INFECTION
【摘要】 作者对六个地区545份正常健康人血清进行了加里福尼亚血清群虫媒病毒(布尼安虫媒病毒组)感染的血清学调查,经血凝抑制试验测定,6份血清有对加里福尼亚血清群病毒抗原雪鞋兔(SSH)和Jamestown Canyon(JC)病毒的血凝抑制抗体。6份血清分布的地区分别为新疆三例,内蒙、温州和黑龙江各一例。在此六份血清中,新疆、内蒙各有一例血清对雪鞋兔病毒(加里福尼亚群病毒的一个血清亚型),新疆另有一例血清对Tahyns病毒(加里福尼亚群病毒的一个血清亚型)有较高的中和抗体滴度,提出了除雪鞋兔病毒外加里福尼亚群虫媒病毒的另一血清型Tahyns病毒在我国健康人中感染的首次证据,和加里福尼亚群病毒在我国一些地区分布的概况。
【Abstract】 Serological examinations for California (OAL) serogroup viruses (Bunyavirus) were done on 545 samples of human sera collected from healthy inhabitants in six different parts of China. Sera were tested for haemagglutination inhibition (HI) antibodies to the CAL serogroup viruses’ antigens (Snow shoe hare, SSH, and Jamestown Canyon, JO.). CAL serogroup antibodies were found in 6 individuals. The geographic distribution for these six HI reactors was 3 from Xinjiang, 1 from Neimonggol, 1 from Wenzhou, and 1 from Helongjiang. The highest neutralizing antibody titer to SSH virus (one of CAL serogroup virus subtype) was demonstrated in 2 of 6 HI reactors (1 from Xinjiang and 1 from Neimonggol). Another Xinjiang reactor had the highest neutralizing antibody titer to Tahyna virus (another CAL serogroup virus subtype). We believe this to be the first evidence suggesting that the Tahyna virus to be circulating in the Orient in addition to SSH virus. The geographic distribution of CAL serogroup viral infections in China is shown roughly.
