喜酸性花卉黄化苗复绿试验初报——复合液肥中铁的复绿作用及其在介质中的转化
Preliminary Study on the Regreening Test of Acidic-origin Chlorotic Plant----The Regreening Function of Iron and Its Transformation in the Culture Medium
【摘要】 在上海地区栽植原产于酸性土壤上的园林花卉植物,经常会出现黄化现象。我们于1983~1986年以杜鹃黄化苗为实例,探讨产生黄化苗的原因和复绿措施,结果印证了前人已有的结论:黄化的原因主要在于介质中供铁能力不足,可诊断为缺铁性失绿症。对黄化苗施用复合液肥(本院自行研制的复合复绿剂),可以迅速有效地使植株复绿,并能正常生长和开花,主要原因在于复合液肥能使介质中有效铁数量增加,并能以有效铁状态稳定持久地存在于站养介质中。用黄砂与上海当地土壤以1:1的比例混合,结合使用复绿剂,可就地解决喜酸性花卉的生长介质,为减轻运输压力和节少生产成本提供了可行条件。
【Abstract】 The flowering plants cultivated in Shanghai region especially those grown in acidic soils originally such as:Rhododendron,Camellia,Gardenia appears chlorotic symptoms frequently.From year 1983 to 1986,we use Rhododendron plant as experimental plant,carried out a series of tests.The aim of these tests was to find out the main cause inducing the chlorosis of plant.The result shows that the iron deficiency or the low iron supply ability of the culture medium was the chief factor which induce the chlorotic phenomenon. Apply composite liquid fertilizer(produced by S.AC)to the chlorotic plant may reclaims the leaf chlorosis,the leaf regreens effectively and quickly and the plant grows and flowering normally.One of the important ingrediemt of composite liquid fertilizer was chelated iron.When the liquid fertilizer applied to the medium it may increase the amounts of active iron in the medium consistently,the iron recovery percentage was maintained about 20-45%,40 days after application. When useⅠ:Ⅰsand mixed with soil of Shanghai region as culture medium, combined with application of composite liquid fertilizer,our preliminary tests shows that the Rhododenderon plant may grows normally as well as it grows in the original acidic soil.
