棉花塞氏纽带线虫(Hoplolaimus seinhorsti Luc)生物学和防治的初步研究

【摘要】 塞氏纽带线虫(Hoplolaimus seinhorsti Luc)是上海地区棉花的重要寄生线虫之一,它的侵染造成棉苗严重根腐,生长僵缩。对此线虫两个群体进行了形态学测量和描述。在上海和浙江金华棉花一个生长季节中棉根内纽带线虫密度增长约9~25倍,并易受到降雨的影响。稻棉轮作和应用杀线虫剂对它均有良好的防治效果。

【Abstract】 The infection of cotton roots by Hoplolaimus seinhorsti Luc caused serious damage on cotton were first recorded in Shanghai,China.The measurements and morphological description of two population of this nematode were given.According to the observation made in Shanghai and Jinhua Zhejiang,the population density of nematodes in cotton roots increased about 9-25 times within one growing season and influenced by the precipitation notably.Rice rotation would be considered as an important aspect to control this nematode as the application of nematicides.
