【Abstract】 The Authors have previously proved that wheat germ agglutinin WGA could inhibit the germination of the conidia of Fusarium graminearum Schw.On this basis,the hemagglutination titers of WGA roughly extracted from wheat varieties with different resistance to scab were compared.The results showed that the resistance to scab in wheat varieties was correlated with the hemagglutination titer of WGA.Thus determination of the hemagglutination titer of WGA could be used as a preliminary screening method of wheat varieties for resistance to scab.更多还原
