【摘要】 研究了成分分别为:Cu-18.6at%Zn-11.3at%Al;Cu-23.4at%Zn-8.6at%Al两种合金,均具有优良的冷加工性能,一次退火的冷加工变形量可达50%。本文通过金相、电镜、电阻——温度测定、应力——应变测定等方法对合金的性能和组织进行了较全面的探讨。

【Abstract】 Studies on Cu-18.6at.%Zn-11.3at.%Al and Cu-23.4at. %Zn-8.6at. % Al were carried out. It was proven that both alloys possess excellent cold workability and can achieve a cold deformation as much as 50% after one anneal. Through metallographic and microscopic observations as well as by measurements of electric resistance versus temperature and stress versus strain values, the structu(?)e and property of the alloys were thoroughly explored.
