磷酸三钙生物陶瓷在牙周植骨术中的初步应用

【摘要】 在细胞毒性试验与动物实验基础上,选用国内试制的磷酸三钙陶瓷(TPC)粉末,植人4名牙周病患者的6个骨缺损内。结果术后24周内,植入部牙周组织无明显炎症与材料排异迹象,牙周袋均变浅,附着水平均增加。X线片示植入缺损内皆有新骨形成,骨吸收阴影面积减少均效为41.69%,牙槽骨高度冠向净增加为根长的30.90%(p<0.05)。TPC具有促进牙周病骨缺损修复的潜能,TPC材料来源充足,使用与保存简便,能重复消毒利用,可作为牙周植骨术的骨材。

【Abstract】 On the basis of cytotoxicity test and animal study, tricalcium phosphate ceramic (TPC) powder was implanted into 6 osseous defects fn four patients, in order to evaluate the biocompatibility of TPC and the feasibility and effectiveness in clinical use. Measurement of pocket depth, attachment level and radiograph were carried out pre- and postoperatively. To evaluate new bone formation, we use the index of the percentage of the height of alveolar bone to the length of the root in enlarged pre- and postoperative radiographs. Within 24 weeks period, there was no evidence of inflammation and material extrusion in TPC implanted sites. The mean decrease in pocket depth was 4.33mm (P<0.05), and the mean increase in attachment level was 2.67mm (P<0.05) at the 24th Week. The radiographs showed that there was new cancellous bone formation in the defects. The net increase of alveolar bone accounted for 30.9% of root length (P<0.05). Because of its potential for promoting osseous defect repair in combination with the advantages in its availability. host acceptability, ease of manipulation and storage, the authors believe that TPC can be used in periodontal surgery as an alternative to bone graft.
