肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素和间羟胺对麻醉家兔血压和内脏神经抑制作用的定量分析
Quantitative Analysis of Vasopressor and Sympathoinhibitory Effects of Adrenaline, Noradrenalinc and Araminc in Anesthetized Rabbits
【摘要】 研究不同剂量肾上腺素(A)、去甲肾上腺素(NA)和间羟胺(Ara)对麻醉家兔血压和内脏神经发放(SND)的影响,得到量效曲线,以对数剂量为横座标。血压升高或SND抑制为纵座标,求出直线回归方程。并进行比较。结果表明:①Ara抑制SND斜率最大,而其升压曲线的斜率却最小;③A和NA的升压曲线和抑制SND曲线相平行的;③升压曲线和抑制SND曲线的斜率是不同的,即使同一药物也是如此,作者认为:①升压和SND抑制作用是由不同机理所产生;③A和NA的作用机理相同,而Ara尚有其它作用机理;④Ara升压作用的量效曲线较平坦,对SND抑制作用明显而持久,从而抑制过度的升压效应,因此Ara的临床应用安全而易掌握。
【Abstract】 A synchronous recording of BP and splanchnic nerve discharge (SND) was made possible through the use of an electronic intergrator. The dose resporse curve plotting method was used throughout the whole study, log dose on abscissae, BP rise (BPR) or SND inhibition as ordinates. The linear regression curves and equations were obtained and compared. Our study showed: (1) the SND inhibition curve of aramine had the steepest slope while its BPR curve was very sluggish; (2) both BPR curve and SND inhibition curve of adrenaline and noradrenaline were parallel; (3) BPR curves had different slopes as compared to those of SND inhibition, even for the same drug. It is suggested: (1) BPR and SND inhibition derive from two different mechanisms; (2) adrenaline and noradrenaline act by the same mechanism, while aramine exerts its action via other mechanisms; (3) aramine is easier to manipulate in clinics, having a very sluggish dose-response curve for BP rising; it is also judged to safer on account of its more prominent inhibitiory action on SND inhibition,which would damp off the vasopressor effect to a certain extent.
