氯丙烯引起肌细胞和肌卫星细胞超微结构的变化
ULTRASTRUCTURE CHANGES OF THE MUSCLE CELLS AND THE SATELLITE CELLS CAUSED BY ALLYL CHLORIDE IN RATS
【摘要】 氯丙烯染毒后肌细胞的改变主要是肌丝和肌原纤维断裂或丧失,肌原纤维间隙扩大,内有许多膜性结构物,线粒体变性,糖原颗粒减少或消失,Z-盘弯曲、断裂或崩解,尤以Ⅱ型肌细胞快且重。肌卫星细胞显示核缩小,细胞浆容积增大,长度增加,平均值为35.01±12.65μm,伪足增多且长,细胞器多并发育良好。提示氯丙烯可引起神经性肌萎缩和肌卫星细胞活化。
【Abstract】 Changes of the muscle cells (both type 1 and type 2) and thesatellite cells exposed to allyl chloride were studied. In muscle cells, thereappeared breakdown and loss of myofilaments and myofibrils, the interspacesbetween myofibrils were enlarged and filled with membranous structure, mit-ochodria were degenerated, glycogen number reduced markedly, Z-discs werecurved, broken or degenerated. These pathological changes occurred faster andmore severe in type 2 muscle fibers than in type 1. In satellite cells, morphological changes included: shrinkage of nuclei, increase of cytoplasmic volu-me, cell length (mean: 35.01±12. 65μm), pseudopod number and theirlenth. Organelle proliferated and developed well. The results indicate thatallyl chloride can cause neuro-muscular atrophy and activation of muscularsatellite cells
