二十八天水泥抗压强度动态模型及参数对预测的影响
THE DYNAMIC MODEL OF 28 DAY’S COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH FOR CEMENT AND INFLUENCE OF PARAMETERS ON FOIECAST
【摘要】 本文用时间序列分析方法分析水泥生产过程,笔者假设水泥生产过程为一个平稳的随机过程,它的二十八天抗压强度为具有控制项的自回归模型。用30组数据建立了28天水泥抗压强度动态模型,并做了跟踪,分析了七天抗压强度、细度、SO3等与二十八天抗压强度的关系。最后,把生产中实际值和预测值进行了比较。
【Abstract】 In this paper analysed the process of cement production by time senes analysos method。Author supposed that the process of ecment production be a stable,stochastic process and the compressive stnength of 28 days for cement conform to the model of control auto-regressive(CAR).A dynamic mo- del of compressive strenth or 28 day’s was set up on 30 sets of data tracing has been done too.The relation among 28 day’s compnessiye strength and 7 d(?)y’s compressive strength,7 d(?)y’s bending strength、the fineness of cement and the content of so3 in cement etc、was considered.Finality the practical value in production was compred wich the fonecasting value.
