内电解法去除污水中硫氰反应的热力学分析
A Thermodynamic Analysis of Treatment Principles of Eliminating HS~- and CN~- in Polluted Water by "Inner-electrolysis"
【摘要】 应用有关电位-pH平衡图,对内电解法治理污水中硫氰有害物质的反应原理进行热力学分析,结果表明,对pH=9左右、含20ppmCN-和30ppmHS-的污水进行处理时,可能发生的主要电化学反应和化学反应为:生成阳极金属的硫化物、含CN-络离子或络合物;阴极则主要发生氧的去极化过程。同时,不排除生成部分金属氧化物及其水合物的可能性。CN-和HS-直接氧化生成CNO-和SO42-反应的可能性虽然存在,但并不一定是主要反应。
【Abstract】 A Thermodynamic analysis concerning the reactions in treating polluted water containing harmful HS- and CN- ions with an inner-electrolysis method has been made in considerable detail by using potential-pH equilibrium diagrams. The results show that, the main possible chemical and electrochemical reactions in treating polluted water containing 20ppm CN- and 30ppm HS-, pH≈9, may be: the formation of sulphides (MS2, MS) and complexes of cyanide (M[CN]6==, Mx[M(CN)6]y) as well as oxides or hydroxides on the anode; the depolarization of oxygen (O2) on the cathode. The capability of direct oxidation of CN- to CNO-, HS- to SO4= might be in existence, but could not be the predominant reactions.
