达赉湖鲶类单殖吸虫五新种的记述
FIVE NEW SPECIES OF MONOGENEANS FROM FRESHWATER CATEISHES IN DALAI LAKE
【摘要】 <正> 兹将发现于内蒙古自治区达賫湖(即呼伦湖)鲶鱼寄生的单殖吸虫鲶盘虫属的五新种记述如下: 标本采集地:内蒙古自治区达賫湖小河口宿主:鲶Parasilurus asotus. 寄生部位:鲶瓣模式标本均存放于山东大学生物系文内标本的量度以毫米计。
【Abstract】 This paper reports five new species of silurediacoide found on the freshwater catfishes from Dalai lake, (48°40′—49°20′north latit, 116°58′—117°47′east longitude). The type specimens are preserved in the Department of Biology, Shandong University, Jinan. All the measurements are in mm; Host: Parasilurus asotus; Distribution; Dalai lake. 1.Silurodiacoides calyciflorus, sp.nov. (Fig.1) Worm of medium size, Boay length 0.60~0.72, width 0.05~0.06. Vantra central large hooks 0.034~0.036 in;total length, dorsal central large hooks 0.072~0.074.Size of ventral bar(half of bar)0.003×0.022-0.024, of connective dorsal bar 0.004~0.005×0.032~0.035, and of accessory piece 0.030~0.035×0.00.4~0.005.Marginal hooklets embryonic, 0.016~0.017 in total length.Copulatory tuhe 0.056~0.060 in total length, supporting apparatus 0.044~0.050. Yagina an —shaped structure, size 0.026×0.022. The new species closely resembles to Si Jingmoeni in the size of aptoral chitinoid elements, but the’fine stj-ucture size of accessory piece of the dorsal large hooks and supporting apparatus of the male genitalia is different. 2.Silurodiacoides avicularia,sp.nov . (Fig.2) Body length 0.72~0.80, width 0.040~0.045.total length of dorsal central large anchors 0.066~0.068.Size of connecting. plates 0.004~0.005×0.032~0.035.Size of accessory piece 0.018~0.021×0.003~0.005.ventral central large anchors 0.030~0.034 in total length.Size of ventral bar (half of bar)0.003×0.022~0.024.Marginal hooklets embryonic.0.016~0.018 in total length.Copulatory tube 0.065~0.072 in total length, accessory piece 0.050~0.054.Vaginal an" &" -shaped structure, size in the 0.026×0.022. This worm closely resembles to Si.lingmoeni. in the form of large hooks.But the size and form of its supporting apparatus of the male genitalia are different. 3.Silurodiacoides persculpus, sp. nov, (Fig. 3) Worm of medium size, Body length 0.060~0.074, width 0.09~0.10. Ventral central large hooks 0.030~0.035, in total length, dorsal central large hooks 0.050~0.060.Size of ventral bar (half of bar) 0.002~0.003×0.020~0.026, connective dorsal bar 0.003~0.004×0.030~0.034, and of accessory piece 0.018~0.022.hooklets embryonic, 0.016~0.018 in total length, Copulatory tube 0.065~0.072 in total length, supperting apparatus 0.065~0.072.Vagina an—shaped structure, size 0.026×0.022. The new species closely resemles to Si.sigmoidovagina.both in the size and form of large hooks, but the size and form of its supporting apparatus of the male genitalia are different. 4.Silurodiacoides valga, sp.nov. (Fig.4) Body length 0.56~0.73, width 0.50~0.07, Ventral central large hooks 0.30~0.034 in total length, dorsal central large hooks 0.062~0.066.Size of connective dorsal bar 0.003~0.005×0.030~0.034, Size of accessory piece 0.020~0.023×0.004~0.005. Copulatory 0.060~0.066 and supporting apparatus 0.046~0.060 in total length.Marginal hooklets embryonic, 0.016~0.017 in length. This species is similar to Si.mutabilis.in the size of haptoral chitinoid elements and with shorter vaginaltube.but differ from the latter in the shorter supporting apparatus. 5 .Silurodiacoides persculpus, sp.nov.(Fig.5) Medium worm, body length 0.60~0.72, width 0.09~0.10 Marginal hooklets embryonic, 0.016~0.017 in total length.Total length of ventral central large hooks 0.030~0.050.Size of ventral bar (haf of bar) 0.002~0.003×0.020~0.026. Total length of dorsal central large hooks 0.050~0.060, Size of connective plates 0.003~0.004×0.030~0.034. Size of accessory piece 0.018~0.022×0.003~0.005. Copulatory tube 0.060~0.068 in total length and supporting apparatus 0.100~0.110 in length.vagina tubular 0.010 in length. This species closely resembles to Si.sigmoidovogina in size of haptoral chitinod elements and with shorter vaginal, but the fine structure of suooortine apparatus of the male eenitalia is different.
