四种抗菌药物在水牛体内代谢动力学的研究
PHARMACOKINETICS OF SULPHADIMIDINE, TRIMETHOPRIM, CHLORAMPHENI COL, AND CEPHALOTHIN IN BUFEALOES
【摘要】 磺胺二甲嘧啶用水牛4头,甲氧苄氨嘧啶用3头,氯霉素用3头,噻孢霉素用4头。一次颈静脉注射。剂量分别为100,10,15,15mg/kg。磺胺药的血药浓度测定用Annino法显色,用分光光度计测定,波长为550mμ;甲氧苄氨嘧啶血清浓度测定用微生物法,试验菌种用短小芽孢杆菌;氯霉素血药浓度测定用化学法;噻孢霉素血清浓度测定用微生物法,试验菌种用枯草杆菌。半衰期分别为5.84,3.41,10.2,1.47小时。表观分布容积分别为0.31,1.62,1.12,0.98L/kg。血药有效浓度维持时间分别为15.28,8.87,13.67,5.65小时。
【Abstract】 Pharmacokinetics of sulphadimidine, trimethoprim, chloramphenicol, and cephalothiu for injections was studied in healthy adult buffaloes. A single dose ( SM2 100mg/kg, TMP 15mg/kg, Chloramphenicol 15mg/kg, Cephalothin 15mg/kg)of drug administered as an intravenous bolus and blood samples were collected at precisely timed intervals. The samples were analyzed by chemical method ( Sulphadimidine and Chloramphenicol ) and by cylinder plate bioassy(TMP and Cephalothin).The values of the main kinetic parameters of SM2, TMP, Chloramphenicol, cephalothin were obtained respectively.
