表面力-孔流模型在反渗透膜研究中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF SURFACE FORCE-PORE FLOW MODEL TO THE RESEARCH OF REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE
【摘要】 本文介绍了根据表面力——孔流模型和液相色谱实验数据,选择膜材料、预测膜性能的理论要点和计算方法,以此比较了几种醋酸纤维素材料制备反渗透膜处理三种典型溶液的性能,并确定了已制备膜的平均孔径。文章还模拟了一些实验条件对膜性能的影响。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the theory gist and calculation method for choosing membrane material and predicting membrane performance on the basis of Surface Force-Pore Flow Model and liquid chromatography data. And then there is a comparison between the performances of the cellulose acetate materials when they are made into reverse osmosis membranes and used to treat three kinds of typical solutions. Finally it gives the average pore size of the finished membranes and the imitating simulating effects of some operation conditions on membrane performance.
