内管式荷电型超滤膜及其应用
THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNAL TUBULAR CHARGED ULTRAFILTRATION MEMBRANE
【摘要】 研制成功了一种以磺化聚砜为膜材质的内管式荷电型超滤膜。叙述了该系列超滤膜的规格性能和组件与装置的结构特点,以及一种操作十分简单的海绵球清洗方法。对渗透液通量与运行压力和流速的关系进行了探讨。采用超滤、反渗透、电渗析器联合处理低水平放射性废水的试验结果,将可能为低放废水处理提供一种新的工艺流程。
【Abstract】 A kind of internal tubular charged ultrafiltration membrane which is consist of sulfonated polysulfone have been developed. In this paper, the specification and properties of the ultrafiltration membrane series, and the structure of the module and the device are detailed, and it is also refered that the clean methode of the membrane surface by sponge balls is very simple for six tube module. The relation that penetrating solution flow varies with the pressures and velocities of the main current at the operation is studied. The result of the test which adopt the UF, RO and ED for treatment of the low-level radioactive waste water shows that this process will be a promising technique.
