FM-100反渗透复合膜的研制
INVESTIGATION ON FM-100 COMPOSITE REVERSE OSMOSIS MEMBRANE
【摘要】 糠醇和预聚体M在聚砜支撑膜上进行共缩聚反应,制备了FM-100反渗透复合膜。研究了预聚体M和催化剂的用量、聚合反应的温度以及添加剂的性质等对FM-100复合膜反渗透性能的影响。同时,研究了供料液浓度和pH值等对FM-100复合膜性能的影响,考查了膜的抗氯性、抗氧化性和长期运转的稳定性。
【Abstract】 The FM-100 ultrathin composite reverse osmosis membrane is formed on the porous surface of polysulfone support membrane by copolymerization between furfuryl alcohol and prepolymer M. The factors affecting the reverse osmosis performance of FM-100 composite membrane, such as amount of prepolymer M and catalyst, the temperature of the polymerization and the kinds of additives etc, were investigated. The effects of concentration and pH values of feed water on FM-100 membrane performance were investigated. In addition, resistance to oxidation and chloridization and stability of long operation were also tested.
