【Abstract】 A comparative experiment of a fast diagnosis of Bacillus anthracis with immunofluorescence technique, immunoenzyme technique and co-agglutination of staphylococcal protein A (SPA) was presented in this paper. All results were rather satisfactory. However, of the three methods the co-agglutination of SPA was faster, simpler, more sensitive and more specific than others.更多还原
