水稻旱秧生理特性的研究——旱育秧苗的光合特性
STUDIES ON PHYSIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF RICE SEEDLINGS IN THE DRY NURSERY Ⅰ. PHOTOSYNTHETIC TRAITS OF RICE SEEDLINGS IN THE DRY NURSERY
【摘要】 在盆栽条件下,研究了旱育秧和湿育秧苗的光合性能,结果表明,旱育秧苗群体的光合强度均较高,光饱和点降低,旱秧抗高温和土壤干旱的能力增强,总光合时数增加。通过测定叶面积系数和土壤含水量,提出旱育秧成秧期适宜的叶面积系数为3~5,秧田土壤的田间持水量不低于66%。
【Abstract】 Photosynthetic traits of rice (Oryza sativa, L.) were measured and compared in two different ways of nursery management, the dry nursery and the wet nursery. The results indicated that both the single leaf and canopy of the rice seedling in the dry nursery had a higher net photosynthetic rate (Pn rate), a lower light saturation level, and the variabilities of light saturation and light compensation levels under high temperature and drought conditions were less than those in the wet nursery showing an increasing trend towards the tolerances to heat and drought stress.Under conditions of natural day light total photosynthetic time per day increased. The leaf area index(LAI) and soil water content were also measured. The results indicated that the optimum LAI prior to transplanting was 3 to 5 under the dry nursery and the favorable water content was not less than 66%.
