二环已基-1δ-冠-6曙红分光光度法测定锶的研究
SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC DETERMINATION OF STRONTIUM WITH DICYCLOHEXYL-18-CROWN-δ IN THE PRESENCE OF EOSIN
【摘要】 二环已基—18—冠—6曙红分光光度法测定痕量锶。在PH7—8.7 络合物最大吸收波长为530nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.1 ×10~5.锶与曙红的摩尔比为1:2,锶量在0—8μg/6ml符合比耳定律。
【Abstract】 A new spectrophotometric method for determination of trace amounts of strontium with dlicyclohexyl-18-crown-6 in the presence of eosin has been invertigated. The complex has an absorption maximum at 530 nm in the PH range7-8.7. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.1x 105 . The molar ratio of strontium to eosin is 1=2. The system obeys Beer’s law_in the range of 0-8 ug Sr/6mJ.
