【摘要】 本文以分析陕西省粮食增产的原因、粮食生产的规律和黄河流域的粮食生产水平为依据,提出在黄河中游黄土高原地区,大幅度的提高粮食亩产是困难的,解决粮食问题的根本出路还在于扩大基本农田,在粮食问题没有得到基本解决的前提下,退耕还林还牧应因地制宜。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reasons of increased food production and law of food production in prov. Shannxi and also lever of food production in whole the Yellow River basin are ana lyzed. It is seemed that greatly increasing food productivity per mu would be very difficult.The basis way to solve the problem of food production will be to expand sustained farmland.
