茂名颗粒油页岩的干燥与崩碎
DRYING AND DISINTEGRATION OF PARTICULATE MAOMING OIL SHALE
【摘要】 <正> 我国广东省茂名油页岩的孔隙率大,毛细孔发达,含水量高达13—22%(一般为18%)。在干馏过程中,耗热多,并发生崩碎现象,致使干馏炉阻力增加,操作困难。因此,茂名油页岩的干燥与崩碎问题与生产关系重大,但至今尚未发现有关文献报导。本文应用LCT-1型热重仪,对粒径为5—11mm 的茂名油页岩进行了干燥试验,以恒速升温方法取得干燥动力学数据,得出干燥速度与粒径、干燥温度及时间的关系。还考察了油页岩的崩碎现象,并对崩碎原因作了初步探讨。
【Abstract】 The Maoming oil shale of Guangdong Province is characterized bylamellar structure,high porosity and well developed capillarity.Its moi-sture content is as high as 13-22%,which causes great heat demand inretorting and frequent disintegration may increase flow resistance.Dryingtest was made on particulate Maoming oil shale with equal diameter-height of 5-11 mm on an improved LCT-1 thermogravimeter.It was foundthat all the moisture could be eliminated at a final temperature of200℃,while more than 50% of the moisture could be eliminated at 120℃.Experimental data were correlated with an overall first-order model,which showed a linear relationship of increasing drying time with increas-ing shale size for a specified temperature,and a nearly exponentialrelationship of decreasing drying time with increasing temperature for aspecified shale size.The rate of drying was more strongly affected bythe drying temperature than by the shale size.Disintegration of particu-late oil shale was also investigated.Particulate Maoming oil shale wasfound disintegrating at 180-200℃ during drying.The larger the particlesize,the faster the heat-up rate,the greater is the probability of disin-tegration,Preliminary discussion was made on the cause of disintegration.
