褐煤快速热解半焦的孔结构特性

【摘要】 <正> 本文以CO2、N2为吸附质,采用经典的静态法和色谱法对两种褐煤快速热解半焦的孔结构特性进行了研究,考察了矿物质对其半焦表面积的影响及它们在气化过程中的变化。1.实验部分(1)样品制备选取粒度为40—60目的宝日锡勒和扎赉诺尔褐煤用于快速热解。其工业分析、元素分析数据见表1。

【Abstract】 The surface areas of rapid-pyrolysis char from Baorixile and Zalai-nuoer lignites were determined by adsorption of nitrogen at 77K andcarbon dioxide at 298K respectively.The size distribution of microporeswas calculated with D-R equation on the basis of carbon dioxide adsorp-tion data.The effects of mineral matter on the surface area of char andthe development of the pore structure during steam gasification were alsoinvestigated.Results showed that the distribution of micropores rangedfrom 5.5(?)to 15(?)with maximum at 7.4(?).The char from demineralizedlignite possessed larger CO2 surface area and less N2 surface area thanthat from raw lignite.Results also indicated that the reaction of charand steam mainly takes place on the surface of micropores with diameterlarger than 6(?).
