“SAW级”钽酸锂晶体生长
Growth of the LiTaO3 Single Crystals for SAW Devices
【摘要】 对于大直径“SAW级”LiTaO_S晶的生长,降低成本的重要方面之一是提高原料成晶率。分析研究了晶体发生孪晶生长而产生开裂的宏观缺陷、熔体组分变化及其累积效应之间的关系,按实际情况适量补充缺少的组分就会取得良好效果。组分偏离的主要原因是熔体组分不同程度的挥发。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of reducing the cost in the growth of largeLiTaO3 crystals for SAW devices, it is very important to increase the crysta-llization ratio of the raw materials. Better results on the single crystalgrowth of LiTaO3 have been obtained in experiments by properly supple-menting the volatile compositions. The macro defects, such as the cracks pro-duced from twinning, and the relationship between the change in melt com-positions and its accumulating effect have been investigated.
