锌、铜离子对皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus)幼体毒性的初步研究

【摘要】 <正> 皱纹盘鲍(Haliotis discus hannai Ino)属腹足类软体动物。在其人工育苗中,往往环境有害因子对鲍鱼幼体有明显的毒害作用。为克服这些有害因子,以利于人工育苗工作正常进行,我们开展了锌、铜离子对皱纹盘鲍幼体毒性试验工作。浙江北部沿海与我国重要的上海经济区相邻,工业发达、人口密集,各种污水直接排放入海。因此,研究各种污染物对海洋生物的毒性影响。在水产资源环境保护上具有重要意义。各种污染物对海洋生物的毒害作用研究报导较多,但有关有害物质对皱纹盘鲍的毒性

【Abstract】 Presented in this paper are the experimental results of the toxicity of Zinc and Copper ions upon abalone during its embryo and larval phases. The results show that throughout the developmental stage from zygote to the per-juvenile, abalone appears to be most liable to be poisoned by the ions in its larval phase of trochophore and veliger which, in turn, is the period in its whole life history when abalone shows most sensitive toward the toxicity of the ions. Thus, in comparison with other marine organisms, abalone should be listed among those most likely to be a victim to Zinc and Copper ions.The combined action of these two ions leads to the augmentation of their biological toxicity due to synergism, which might account for the mortality of trochophore and veliger as found in the unsuccessful rearing of the seedlings on the northern coastal area of Zhejiang Province.This incorporate toxic effect, however, can be reduced by adding EDTA to form Zinc and Copper complex compounds as shown in our experiments. Thus the introdu-ction of EDTA into the rearing waters will makes it possible to create a suitable condition assuring the normal development of the abalone larvae.
