挠性转子动平衡量的扰动计算法
THE DISTURBANCE METHOD FOR COMPUTING BALLANCE CORRECTIONS OF FLEXIBLE ROTOR
【摘要】 本文将数值逼近中提出的提高曲线最小二乘拟合精度的扰动法应用于挠性转子动平衡量的计算中,解决了影响系数法平衡转子时经常遇到的个别点残余振动较大的问题。并通过一个实例进行验证。与计算转子平衡量的最小二乘法,加权最小二乘法及文献[3]作者提出的优化计算法进行了比较。结果证明该方法效果明显,应用简便,适合工程应用。
【Abstract】 The disturbance method was presented recently for increasing approximation to curving by least square method The paper applies the method to computing balance corrections of flexible rotor, and solves the problem that surplus vibration at an individual at point is large when balancing flexible rotor by infulence coefficient method. The method is verified through a real example and comparied with least sguare method , weighted least spuare method and optimation method for computing balancing corrections of flexible rotor. The result proves that the metnod has many advantages and suits for using in engineering.
