【摘要】 冬季干旱的果园,幼年桃树早修剪能提高花芽越冬力(即减轻冻花芽)早剪比晚剪提高了冬季和早春花芽中17种氨基酸总量、与早剪提高了花芽越冬力一致。17种氨基酸中有14种其含量变化趋势与总量相同,另外3种其含量变化趋势与总量则不同、早剪对其影响无规律性表现。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study goes on in the winter 1982//83 and 1983//84.It was observed that overwinfering of the flower buds,and was analysed that 17 amino a- cids content in the flower buds,xylem and phloem of annual branch in the different period during winter. Early pruning(in 11 mon)on the young peach trees can be lighten inju- ry of flnwlr buds in the spring,and increased total amino acid content be- fore sprouting during spring,this is identical with early pruning enhance the overwintering ability and else is one of reasons for which.Amongst 17 amino acids analysed there are 14 which tends of content changes simi- lar total,whereas other 3 kinds of 17 amino acids,arginine,methionine and cysteine,not alikl to total,besids the effccts of early pruning on the which is not regular.更多还原
