孤束核尾侧部至丘脑腹核内侧部的直接投射
DIRECT PROJECTON FROM THE CAUDAL PART OFSOLITARY NUCLEUS TO THE MEDIAL PART OF VENTRAL THALAMIC NUCLEUS
【摘要】 实验用逆行荧光标记和辣根过氧化物酶联合直接显示法研究孤束核尾侧部(一般内脏感觉区)至丘脑腹核内侧部的直接投射。分别于9只SD大鼠的丘脑腹核内侧部注入荧光素双苯甲亚胺,于同侧结状神经节内注入辣根过氧化物酶。实验结果:在孤束核内均可观察到逆行荧光标记细胞,其中出现于孤束核尾侧部的逆行荧光标记细胞分布在自延髓锥体交叉下缘平面至中央管开放处(闩)嘴侧0.5mm处,长度为l.8mm;绝大多数是同侧的,对侧偶见标记细胞。在相当于最后区平面的孤束核内的逆行荧光标记细胞较多;主要分布在孤束核内侧亚核,其次是连合核、孤束核背外侧亚核和腹侧亚核;其他分布在腹外侧亚核和最后区。
【Abstract】 The paper presents an anatomic evidence for a direct projection from the caudal(general-visceroceptive)part of nucleus of the solitary tract to the medial part of ventral nucleus of the thalamus in rats by the aid of an combination of fluorescent retrograde neuronal tracing and horseradish peroxidase tracer techniques. Bisbenzimide was injected into the medial part of ventral nucleus of the thalamus in 9 rats and hoseradish peroxidase was directly injected into the nodose gang lion of the vagus nerve. In all rats fluorescent labeled cells were found in the nucleus of the solitary tract. In its caudal part the labeled cells appeared at the levels from 0.5mm rostral to obex to the lower limit of pyramidal decussation, 1.8 min in length. The labeled cells were concentrated near the area postrema level, mainly situated in the medial nucleus, and secondarily in the commissural nucleus, dorsolateral nucleus, and ventral nucleus. Some could be found in the ventrolateral nucleus and area postrema. These labeled cells were almost ipsilateral.
