【摘要】 本文提出一种新的静电分选方法及原理。认为葵花籽的壳、仁混合物可采用电晕荷电、自由落体分选的方法进行分离。文中用解析法分析了荷电大籽子按自由落体方式通过高压匀强静电场时的运动状态,推导出其运动轨迹方程、并在计算机上绘出不同电场参数时葵壳与葵仁的运动轨迹图象,从理论上证明了这种分选方法的可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Anew electro Static Separating device and method for the mixture of peeled off Sunflo Wer Seed is introduuced and the fundamental Prin- ciples of the installation are also stated in this paper. The papes analyzes th- e moving appearance of precharged shells and meats of sunglower seed in a high voltage electric field with tge help of analytic dillerentia- equation. In the paper the moving trace of the precharged particles. viz. the 7he- lls and meats of sunflower free-falling in the high voltage electrostati- c field of different parameters have been drawn by computer, and thus the practicability of the electro static separating method has been ver- ified.更多还原
