【Abstract】 Having been made on the model of deficiency of the spleen by filling the rats’ sto- machs with infusion of Folium Sennae,the change in morphology of goblet cells in rats’ villi of small intestines was observed On the model,it was found that numbers of the goblet cells decreased remarkably,and they became smaller and distributed unevenly; besides,the goblet cells near the surface of lumen were arranged rather dispersely; their secretary phase was remarkably inhibited.更多还原
